So I recently watched the movie, “Horrible Bosses.” For anyone who doesn’t know, it is a crazy comedy that follows three friends who each work for a horrible boss and fantasize about killing their bosses. The movie is quite unbelievable and even painful to watch at times¬†but funny. ¬†However, it does get you thinking about the different types of bosses there are in the world and what makes one bad versus good.

Today I want to draw your attention to an interesting article about the 10 Secrets of Successful Leaders. While it is easy to criticize a boss for their shortcomings, we don’t always stop to think about what it is that makes a good leader. Whether you are in a leadership role or not, these tips are useful.

Now, if you do find yourself working for a horrible boss, plotting murder is not recommended. I do suggest dusting off your resume, embracing social media and conducting an active job search.
